May 5--Malaysian investors have ignored the latest violence in the South and applied for special investment privileges under the "Super BoI" programme to invest in six projects totalling 600 million baht in Betong, Yala, according to Industry Minister Pinit Charusombat.
Mr Pinit said those Malaysian investors had applied for investment privileges of the Board of Investment (BoI) for projects mainly involving industrial estate and parawood processing.
