Jun. 15--A proposed Wal-Mart Supercenter near the often-congested Interstate 85 Ann Street exit is on the Montgomery City Council agenda today, but council members are still undecided on whether to approve the plan.

Councilwoman Janet May said she is concerned because she lacks enough information about the project, particularly about its impact on traffic flow. City administrators gave assurances that the developer compiled a traffic study to improve vehicle flow, but May said she has yet to see it.

The developer, Buddy McClinton, wants permission to transform about 45 acres of historically residential and small business area …
