Using foldaway penetration probe, pocket-size ebro[R] TID-220 can measure food temperatures from -65 to +625[degrees]F. Operators can also use instrument's infrared feature to obtain distance temperature measurements from -27 through +428[degrees]F. Standard features include factory calibration certificate; drill for frozen food penetration; changeable battery, and Min/Max and Hold functions. Users can also select [degrees]F or [degrees]C temperature ranges.
