Jun. 4--Listed developer Supalai Plc has revised downward its expected revenue growth this year to 20 percent from an earlier projection of 30 percent based on the likelihood that the company would not be able to deliver housing units in its two low-rise projects on Srinakarin and Nuanchan Road as scheduled, according to vice-president Achara Tangmatitham.
The company expects to record revenue of 3.96 billion this year with pre-sales growth of 98 percent or six billion baht.
