Jun. 3--Boutique 16, Thakral Group's first development in 11 years, is a seven-storey condominium building with 14 luxury units from 145 to 197 sq m each, with selling prices between 68,500 to 80,000 baht per sq m.

The Thakral Group, a leading textile group, is returning to invest in the property business after an 11-year hiatus with the launch of an exclusive condominium on Sukhumvit Soi 16.

The group has established a new venture, Boutique Land, with 45 million baht in registered capital to handle the investment.
