Jun. 3--There are any number of possible roads to success, as unlimited as the possible combinations of pizza toppings are endless, says Supakit Rungrote, president and founder of Pizza Today Co, which operates 56 kiosks in department stores throughout Bangkok.

Mr Supakit, 45, spent 22 years of his life in the United States. His first career aim was to become a gym teacher because of his love for sports. Unfortunately, this dream was cut short by a crippling knee injury.

So he turned his passion to food, hoping to make a career out of it. He applied at the Culinary Institute of America, a cooking school that has produced some of the best chefs in the world, including McDang, a well-known Thai chef and food expert.
