Jun. 3--Surapong Suebwonglee, the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) minister, has threatened to sack the board of TOT Corporation if it cannot meet the June 9 deadline to name the bidders for its 560,0000-line telephone expansion project, which is already three years behind schedule.
"If the TOT board cannot announce the names of the bidders that have been disqualified by June 9, all the board members will face penalties," Dr Surapong said.
