There's nothing like a hot, dull summer to kill a person's social life.
Around here, we might have the hot, but we don't have the dull, with a grand slam of summer events to keep you on top of your gregarious game. Here are a few of this summer's cool scenes where it's cool to be, you know, seen.

Albuquerque Biopark Summer Nights: 7-9 p.m. every Thursday from June 3-Aug. 12. Gates open at 6 p.m. The eclectic music series includes blues and gospel, Celtic, bluegrass and old-time country.
