Jun. 1--Pacific Fish Processing Co (PFP), a major processed fish meat product manufacturer, is broadening its offerings to the ready-to-eat category from its mainstay ready-to-cook processed range to suit Thai consumers' needs for a more convenient lifestyle, according to managing director Thawee Piyapatana.

By doing so, PFP is capturing more than 40 percent market share of the country's processed fish paste market. He said the company this year expected 2.4 billion baht in sales, or 20 percent growth from last year.
