Jun. 1--Thai shares ended slightly higher yesterday in a see-saw session led by concerns over global energy prices.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand index closed at 641.05 points, up 2.46, on trade worth 18.6 billion baht. The index dropped to as low as 625 points in the morning session before rallying on bargain hunting throughout the afternoon.

Leading trade were finance stocks, up 0.12 percent, energy stocks, up 1.84 percent, and transportation stocks, down 0.9 percent.
