Jun. 1--The National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB) yesterday approved investment budgets worth a total of 303 billion baht for 49 state enterprises.

The budgets for fiscal year 2005 starting on Oct 1, were up 24.2 percent from the 244 billion baht approved in fiscal 2004, according to Chakramon Phasukvanich, the NESDB secretary-general.
