The world government intelligentsia at the Council on Foreign Relations are all abuzz over a new book by communitarian guru (and CFR member) Amitai Etzioni, entitled From Empire to Community: A New Approach to International Relations. St. Martin's Press is sending out promotional flyers on the new volume, published by its Palgrave Macmillan scholarly books division, with advance praise from CFR regulars Zbigniew Brzezinski, Joseph S. Nye, Anne-Marie Slaughter and Leon Fuerth.
