This index shows how every current member of the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate voted on several trade-related measures over the past decade, beginning with the 1993 NAFTA vote. We have assigned pluses to votes against sovereignty-eroding trade pacts and minuses to votes for these pacts. The percentages were calculated by dividing the number of plus votes by the total votes cast and multiplying by 100. A question mark indicates that a representative or senator did not vote, and a blank space indicates that he was not a member of the House or Senate when the vote occurred.
