Unborn Scarab already challenged
What an awesome ride the Mullin Scarab (March 22) would be. A couple of years ago I got the itch to build a hot roadster, but I didn't want a Cobra. I discovered through an AutoWeek article the '58 (Chuck) Beck "Knobbly'' Lister. Fiberglass body on a four-inch tube frame, C4 suspension and a 350-hp fuel-injected Chevy crate motor created one sweet 1800-pound roadster. I can't wait to go up against the new Scarab. Retro style with modern mechanicals rules!

But wait... no way!
My wife and I, longtime subscribers, wish to pass along our one serious beef. Get rid of But Wait, There's More... In our opinion, it has no redeeming value in a serious magazine about automobiles and auto racing. Why not replace it with another page of NASCAR? Two recent issues had only one page about America's favorite racing sport.
