Commodore makes music

US computer company Commodore has signed the London Philharmonic's biggest-ever sponsorship deal. The company is ploughing 120,000 [pounds] into the orchestra's first of three International Series in 1992.

Commodore's name will be linked with all seven concerts in the series -- although sponsors normally restrict their involvement to individual concerts.
