Alia Sabur is like most 14-year-olds. She loves the rock band Matchbox 20. She does origami and watches "funny, pointless movies."

Yet, while most kids her age are studying high-school algebra, Alia is studying to get a doctor's degree in engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
