Kossman files for zoning variance to build Greentree inn expansion
Kossman Development Co. has presented plans to the Greentree Borough Zoning Hearing Board for approval of variances to develop a 128-room, eight-floor expansion of the Best Western Parkway Center Inn.
Kossman owns the Greentree Best Western.
Ann Yacono, marketing director for Kossman Development, said the company had no comment on the matter. The general manager of the inn, Richard Strunk, had no comment as well.
