Boise software firm Extended Systems Inc., which has undergone restructuring and financial ups and downs in the past two years, is turning its attention to internal growth.

"Our goal is to be profitable as a company consistently, and to grow from within," CEO Charles Jepson said last week. "That creates the opportunity for the company to grow in a number of different ways. The best way to do that right now is to stay within ourselves and execute the opportunities we have today."
