2004 FEB 11 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- An Erie, Pennsylvania, man has been charged with terroristic threats for falsely telling a woman that he gave her AIDS, police said.

Richard Forness, Jr., 22, of Erie, was also charged with harassment and disorderly conduct stemming from the alleged incident.
