Archer Daniels Midland, the No. 1 U.S. food processor, earned 37 cents ex-items, 105% over last year and 10 cents above views. Revenue at the agribusiness giant rose 18% as corn processing and wheat processing results improved due to higher volumes and selling prices of ethanol and corn sweetener and a bigger North American wheat crop. Shares were flat.
