EXPRESS SCRIPTS closed its $335 mil buy of rival pharmacy benefits firm CuraScript. It'll boost profit by 2-3 cents a share in '04 and 10-15 cents in '05.

PLAYTEX warned it likely earned 30 cents in '03 and will make 37 cents in '04. Analysts expect 39 cents in '03 and 51 cents in '04. Its shares fell after hours.

ENERGY EAST made 36 cents a share in Q4, 1 cent below a year ago and 10 cents below views.
