Beaten into fifth place in World Idol, Will Young nevertheless bounces back to the top of the albums chart with Friday's Child. Both albums suffered precipitous dips in sales last week, with Life For Rent declining 79% and Friday's Child losing 74% week-on-week. Even so, Young's album sold more than 54,000 gave it a cushion of More than 10% over Dido, while lifting its overall sales to a mighty 914,471 in just five weeks.
