Jakarta, Jan 21 (ANTARA)-- Asian Development Bank (ADB) will organize the Second Water Week 2004 in Manila, the Philippines, on 26-30 January 2004, under the theme of "Water for the Poor: Setting the Rules and Finding the Money."

The event aims to stimulate knowledge development in the water sector, particularly along the issue of water for the poor, according to a press statement of the Manila-based ADB received by ANTARA here Wednesday.
