Blue move

Perhaps Chevy is trying to "bedevil'' Ford with the Blue Devil (News, Dec. 29, 2003), perhaps it's nothing more (or less) than an homage to the "Blue Flame'' six-banger in the '50s stovebolts.

Corralling the OKA

Having spent several months in Russia, I'm familiar with the OKA car-or, as my Russian friends call it, "the dashboard with a steering wheel.'' I've been told it sells new for about $1,500. The technology is old, the styling is old, the product is old and the concept is old. Can you say Yugo?
