Taipei, 10 January: President Chen Shui-bian will publish his new book Believe in Taiwan - President A-bian's Report to the People, on 15 January. In this eight-chapter book, he discussed in detail his mental process in the handling of cross-Strait relations, international diplomacy, national security, political reform and financial reform.
