Here's one we won't see at the Los Angeles auto show: It's Nissan's small and quirky super-mini for the Japanese market called the March 12SR.
Based on the popular and strong-selling three- and five-door March city car, the 12SR gets a high-revving 1.2-liter four-cylinder engine tuned by Autech. The upgrade includes a set of high-compression pistons, hotter cams, a lighter flywheel, close-ratio five-speed gearbox and extensive chassis strengthening. The 12SR is finished off with a superb suspension and ultra-sticky Bridgestone tires.
