Detroit ranks as fattest U.S. city

In a Men's Fitness annual ranking, the motor city beat out 3-time winner Houston for the chubbiest residents. Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Chicago followed. Western cities were the fittest: Honolulu kept 1st, followed by San Francisco, Virginia Beach, Denver, Colorado Springs and Seattle. The magazine looked at the 50 largest cities in 14 categories, such as number of health clubs, obesity stats, commute time, park space and total fast-food and pizza restaurants.

Back pain patients cost $90 bil
