Is it possible the bickering will give way to vision and leadership? We hope so. Certainly, the Albuquerque City Council's agenda for 2004 published on the cover of The Tribune's Insight & Opinion section Tuesday is a document worthy of close public attention, comment and involvement.
We certainly urge citizens and other public officials to become familiar with what the councilors consider to be the crucial issues most important to Albuquerque and worthy of their most immediate attention.
