NEW YORK-LG Electronics USA will spend $300 million in the next few years to promote its growth plan. More than $100 million is budgeted for 2004, the electronics and appliance maker said at an event here last week. "The LG brand is poised for dramatic evolution in the United States," said T.J. Lee, president and chief executive officer.
LG used the opportunity to introduce a 76-inch plasma display panel, one of the biggest in existence.
