Three plans complete for Camden Yards sites

Three development proposals were submitted to the Maryland Stadium Authority for review last week for development of several parcels surrounding the $100 million Camden Yards Stadium complex.

Among the proposals is a $200 medical mart that development team Parkway Swirnow Group Ltd. - a team made up of local HarborView developer Richard Swirnow and the Asian firm Parkway Holdings Ltd. - had proposed last year. The development hopes to tie in with a possible expansion of the Baltimore Convention Center.
