Yes, it's November. And this is the July issue of Business Researchers Network. Those of you who have e-mail us or called know why. For those who are still in the dark, we'd like to explain and express to all our apologies and our sincerest thanks for your patience.

But first, rest assured that the information in this issue of BRN is up to date. The information is current as are the links. Even though it bears the date July 2003, the material is, in most cases, dated October and November.

We're striving to establish a schedule of producing an issue of BRN on a three-week rather than a monthly basis until we are caught up. As with this issue, the information will always be current, checked thoroughly immediately before being mailed to you.

Now our explanation for the delay:

On July 23, at 3 a.m., our home and office was struck by an 87,000-pound tree (not including the weight of the branches which were ground into chips). It struck the roof, entered through the editorial office of Penny Hill Press diagonally, through the business office, through the upstairs hall and stairs, across the foyer, and across the front of the house.
