What was the spark that ignited your automotive passion?
For many who grew up in the '40s, '50s or '60s, it was the first time they got behind the wheel and steered a car on their own. We're not referring to sitting on your dad's lap or sneaking the car out as a teenager. We're talking about setting off in your very own pedal car. This was a first taste of the automobile's promise of freedom and joy of speed that still holds many of us in its thrall. For most of us, our pedal car memories are tucked away in the dusty attic of childhood remembrances.
