Disney directors resign, rip Eisner
A second Walt Disney board member quit amid a dispute with Chairman and CEO Michael Eisner about his performance. Walt Disney's nephew, Roy, 73, facing forced retirement due to his age, resigned Sunday and lambasted Eisner in a letter to the board, calling for him to step down. Director Stanley Gold quit Monday to support Roy. Eisner is expected to survive the turmoil.

Yukos rejects Sibneft's ultimatum
Sibneft says it'll halt a merger with the larger Russian oil firm unless it gets management control, a demand Yukos dismissed. The Russian government has jailed Yukos' top shareholder, Mikhail Khodorkovsky, and threatened oil licenses in what some call payback for Khodorkovsky's opposition to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
