Mom charged in tot's near drowning in tub.(Evening)

Bobbie Leach often left her 1-year-old daughter sitting alone in the bathtub, authorities said.
The 24-year-old northeast Albuquerque mom told officers she usually ran the water deep enough to reach her daughter's waist, a Metro Court Criminal complaint says.
But the water rose well above that level Saturday night when Leach left her daughter alone in the tub to care for her two other children downstairs, according to a witness' account in the complaint.
Leach was charged with four counts of child abuse. Her daughter remains in guarded condition and unconscious at University of New Mexico …
