Advanced Technical Solutions, which has made a living servicing Atex customers, has been supplying add-on terminals for remote operation in an Atex environment. At ANPA, however, it was focusing on a more integral association with the Atex system: supplying what could be described as an Atex clone: ATS's Osiris system.

The first element is an interface connecting the Atex multiprocessor bus (MPB) to a Novell file server, which acts much like an external system to the resident Atex system, although in a later release the ATS product will be recognized as the equivalent of another Atex processor.
