The Honda Sports Concept was the unanimous show stopper at the Tokyo Motor Show; as for the worst, the jury is still out.
No doubt the HSC is the best. I'd trade my '98 355 Berlinetta for it in a heartbeat. My vote for the worst goes to the Suzuki Mobile Terrace. I assume the hamsters are optional?

Best: Lexus LF-S. Finally, an LS that wasn't traced from a Mercedes S-Class. Worst: There is never a worst at this show; the Japanese know how to celebrate the car.

The best is the Mitsuoka Orochi. Many sports cars look alike, but this one stands alone. The worst is easily the silly Jeep Treo. Was this a car show, or a Power Rangers episode?
