Compaq Computer Corp. has reported reduced U.S. suggested resale prices on four of its best selling desktop PCs to continue its leadership in the desktop market segment. Price reductions were taken on COMPAQ DESKPRO 386N, COMPAQ DESKPRO 386s, COMPAQ DESKPRO 386s/20 and COMPAQ DESKPRO 486/33L personal computers.

Additionally, Compaq reduced the price of the COMPAQ Intelligent Array Expansion System, a high-capacity storage expansion unit for the COMPAQ SYSTEMPRO PC system.
