Due to the current economic situation, IWN has initiated a special program for women- single mothers and unemployed women- based on the successful program for economic empowerment amongst new immigrant Ethiopian Women- "Eshet Chail".

The project goals are the advancement of women from unemployment to the workforce, and the development of awareness and motivation to integrate into the workforce. IWN will pilot the project in 3 centers--2 from the periphery and 1 from the Arab sector. Each program will include one group of 40-50 participants.
