Cardinal Health Buys U.K. Firm
The Dublin, Ohio, distributor of drugs and medical products said it will buy U.K.-based Intercare Group PLC for $530 million to expand its global reach. Intercare makes prefilled syringes. The deal awaits regulatory approval and is expected to close by year-end.
Eli Lilly Fixes Manufacturing Snags
