Pan Pacific Plaza ready to |top out'

The 25-story steel frame of the $165 million Pan Pacific Plaza office complex at the corner of Hotel and Bishop streets has been completed.

Irwin Daniels, a partner in Bishop Street Associates, developers of the 450,000-square-foot office complex, said it marked another milestone for the project and the impression the project will have on the Downtown Honolulu skyline is now clear.

With completion of the frame, the developer also finished removing the 6,500 tons of fabricated steel stored at Piers 1 and 2 in Honolulu Harbor since it was unloaded last November.
