The Worldwide Food Expo, held in Chicago's McCormick Place Oct. 29 Nov. 1, promises to be the premier Showcase of processing, packaging, equipment, ingredients and services for the food industry, and this year, the show has an even bigger beverage focus.

Sponsored by the American Meat Institute (AMI), International Association of Food Industry Suppliers (IAFIS), International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA), International Bottled Water Association (IBWA) and American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI), the biennial event is expected to attract more than 30,000 industry leaders from more than 150 countries to view innovative products and services, and more than 1,200 exhibitors.

Exhibits will feature innovations for processors of dairy, meat, frozen food, beverages, bottled water, snack foods, poultry and seafood. More than 60 educational workshops are planned, to focus on topics …
