Galant
Mitsubishi's undersized Galant will join the ranks of true midsize motoring with its all-new-for-'04 model. The Galant is bigger all around, has increased interior capacity and a lot more power, with its 2.4-liter I4 making 160 hp (up 20) and its 3.8 V6 up 35, to 235 hp. Galant shares the new Project America platform with '04 Endeavor, which the next Eclipse will also use.
Base price: $18,000 (est.)
