1 I Ithough my favorite herb is thyme, I have to admit that I use more parsley in cooking because it goes with almost everything. I love growing it and picking it. I keep pots of it outside in the patio so it is always on hand when I want it, which is almost every night. I love picking up a handful and tossing it on whatever is in the pan or the bowl. What would a meal be without parsley? It drives me up the wall to think of parsley as a rejected garnish, the pathetic little branch on the edge of the plate only there to be disposed of. Why don't people know about the benefits of parsley so they would prize it and cherish it for all the good it does?

Parsley is good for the breath and is one of the best diuretics promoting the flow of urine, and therefore, it is also a great tonic for the kidneys. Since urinating is often a painful problem for some …
