VERIZON WIRELESS - Lowe New York
Who doesn't like seeing an estate agent being smacked in the face by a lamp-post? In 'whack', a spot for Verizon Wireless' Push to Talk service, the frazzled estate agent comes a cropper when she's trying to establish who's on the line. With the new service, users don't waste time - or risk serious injuries - identifying who's calling them. In a second spot, 'kick', a second professional gets kicked by a child on a swing. Pure slapstick that efficiently communicates the core brand message of Verizon's Wireless' new service.

A 'family car' takes on a whole new meaning in this three-spot campaign shot in Toronto for the Renault Megane Grandtour. In 'bags' the Soprano- like characters demonstrate the Grandtour's generous boot space by loading in body bags. In 'ambush', the Mafia boss takes cover from being shot at behind the car. Captivated by the car's beauty, his assailant leaves him alone. The other TV spot and the print campaign supporting the TV work have a similar black comic treatment. The client reportedly 'fell in love with the idea'.
