Charles Moran retired from the Kirtland Federal Credit Union's board of directors after 28 years. During his tenure assets grew to more than $137 million.

Joan Rusch has joined First Security Corp. as a vice president/credit officer for private banking. She is repsonsible for credit underwriting, analysis and support for the company's private client group. Rusch has more than 15 years of banking experience and most recently worked in cash management at Norwest Bank in Denver.
