SANTA FE Gov. Gary Johnson might decide today whether to veto the Legislature's $3.3 billion budget bill, a move that could ultimately mean a special session.

Johnson was careful not to disclose his plan for the budget during a round-table discussion with legislative leaders televised late Monday night.
