An attorney for a young Navajo couple whose lawsuit could wind up costing a northwest New Mexico car dealer $1 million says she hopes other car dealers in the state get the message.

"I really feel there are a lot of predatory business practices toward people with little education and little English," Susan Warren said.

She said she hoped the jury's verdict in the case of Norvin and Bernita Lee lets car dealers know "that they can't lie about their products."
