SANTA FE -- Democratic leaders are infuriated by a veto of $2.2 million in legislative expenses, but they didn't immediately strike out at Gov. Gary Johnson.

Johnson's partial veto Thursday of the Legislature's $16.4 million feed bill triggered lots of angry oratory in the House and Senate.

Still, House Speaker Raymond Sanchez and Senate President Manny Aragon did not launch an override attempt right away.

The soonest such an attempt could come is Monday, when House and Senate members resume their floor sessions.
