Leslie Claar, a 31-year-old Albuquerque woman who plead guilty to charges of child sex abuse, might not spend a single day in prison.

Under an agreement reached with prosecutors, Claar pleaded guilty to five criminal charges, including one count of attempted sexual penetration of a minor and two counts of criminal sexual contact of minor.

In exchange, Claar's sentence could range from probation to 12 years in prison.

State District Court Judge Neil Candelaria will decide Claar's sentence during a Dec. 2 hearing.

Prosecutors say they agreed to the plea to spare Claar's victims …
