Gov. Gary Johnson signed a bill into law that could help Albuquerque in recruiting a new business.

The measure eliminates the gross-receipt tax on aircraft sales by manufacturers. The tax incentive, signed Monday, was sought by Albuquerque, which is trying to attract an Arizona company that plans to build corporate jets.
